WP RobotMany of you may have watched my PBN Authority Automation Domination training video and saw me talk a little about about WP Robot. After posting that video, many people contacted me with questions in regard to WP Robot. The most common question was, “how do you setup your campaign templates?” So I thought I would go into a little more detail about WP Robot templates how they work and how they can be used.

First of all I should mention there are two types of templates in WP Robot. There is the module template which defines how information is displayed after pulling it from a specific source and then the campaign templates which defines which sources to pull information from for a specific campaign. In this post we will be talking about campaign templates. The module templates can be changed but the default setting that come with WP Robot are sufficient for getting started but I suggest reviewing and editing them once you understand templates more.

Below are three basic campaign templates that I use. I usually have 3 to 4 templates per campaign and I reuse the templates across multiple sites running WP Robot. Once you understand the template structure you will be able to create your own templates and understand the versatility with the various template options.

WP Robot allows many different content sources that can be used. In the following template I will be talking about the most common sources I use which include:

For a full list of content sources you can click here.

We will also be showing the following short codes:

Every time WP Robot runs, it pulls a piece of content for each source present in the template. If your template uses RSS then it will use on of the RSS feeds you set in the settings and pull the content from one of the recent posts in that RSS feed. With that said, let’s take a look at some templates.

After going through the templates a few times you should have a basic understanding of how it works and should be able to create your own pretty easily. You can even use the exact templates above if you like to keep it simple, but make sure to upload your PLR (generic comments for these examples) content to your website.

There are many different applications for WP Robot so get creative. If you want to get really advanced then I suggest installing a separate shortcode plugin. Then you can use pre-defined shortcodes within your templates as well and insert all types of pre-defined content and inner linking but that is a post for another day.

If you’re looking to purchase WP Robot and would like to support Serp Focus then you can use our affiliate link here to make your purchase. If not then that is fine too, no hard feelings. 🙂 If you have any questions or comments then make sure to get in the Facebook Group here.
